Who we are
A skeptical desk, not a service representative.
EroLove Safety Ledger is an independent critical publication about the claims and safeguards surrounding an adults-only AI companion. It is unaffiliated with EroLove, receives no referral payment from it, and provides no route to the product. The site is maintained as an editorial project; the named publication, rather than an invented individual reviewer, is responsible for its analysis.
What we actually did
On 5 November 2026 we read the public EroLove Terms and Privacy notice and compared selected statements with Ofcom and ICO guidance. We built a policy-versus-evidence board so a reader can see what the documents say and which outcomes remain untested. We did not create an account, use a chat, probe an age gate, submit a complaint or try to generate prohibited content.
What “not assessed” means
It means exactly that: there is no independent result here. It is not code for a failed control. A credible audit would require a lawful scope, defined test method, documented observations, and an opportunity to examine the current implementation. The public documents alone cannot support a verdict that EroLove broke a law or exposed a child.
Corrections
Pricing, policy and regulator guidance can change. We date our document checks, revise a material factual error when identified, and preserve the difference between an updated public claim and actual observation. Start with our editorial policy or the investigation index.
