EroLove's Ban on Minor Sexual Content Is Explicit; Enforcement Is Unverified Here
Read the written prohibition and the evidence a real enforcement audit would need.
The public ban is broad
EroLove’s Terms say sexual content involving minors is prohibited. The wording covers characters explicitly under 18 and characters described, styled or role-played as minors. It treats this as an absolute rule and says violations can bring immediate permanent termination and reports to authorities where required by law. That is an important published position. It should be stated accurately even in a critical review.
The Terms also say staff and systems may review conversations or generated content when abuse is suspected or reported. That tells readers there may be moderation processes. It does not show a detection rate, a test sample, a published audit or the outcome of a particular report. We have not run a moderation test, and we will not manufacture a story of a child being exposed to the service.
Three layers a genuine audit would separate
Rule design asks whether the policy clearly prohibits underage sexualization and describes what happens after a violation. On that point, the public document provides direct evidence. Control implementation asks how the provider prevents forbidden prompts and outputs, how it escalates borderline cases, and how human review works. A policy can describe these in general without disclosing enough to validate them. Observed results ask whether the controls work in a defined, lawful test set over time. This site has no result-level evidence.
The distinction is not pedantry. If criticism misstates the policy, the provider can dismiss the whole review. If praise treats a written ban as proof of effective enforcement, users receive false reassurance. The useful position is to demand the right evidence at each layer.
| Layer | Available from the public Terms? | Our status |
|---|---|---|
| Explicit prohibition | Yes. | Documented. |
| Monitoring process details | Only general statements. | Partially described. |
| Independent enforcement outcome | No test report reviewed here. | Not assessed. |
Report responsibly, without reproducing harm
If someone encounters content they believe violates the rule, they should use the provider’s stated report form and, where necessary, a qualified authority. Record a URL, time and concise description. Do not recirculate child sexual material or publish screenshots to win an argument online. That can compound harm and obstruct proper handling. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
The published ban does not close every safety question. It gives readers a standard against which to ask how an adult AI service detects, removes and reports prohibited material. Ofcom’s guidance also shows why an adult entry rule needs an actual age-assurance process where relevant. These are serious category questions. They are not evidence that EroLove has breached its own rule.
